Blue Christmas
An invitation
For many, Christmas is a season of joy. For others, it can be a tender and difficult time. A Blue Christmas Service offers a quiet, sacred space for anyone carrying sorrow, uncertainty, or loss. It is a time to acknowledge that not all is merry and bright, and that you are not alone.
Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, coping with the end of a relationship, carrying the weight of lost work or financial strain, feeling the impact of diminished rights or dignity, facing illness, or simply moving through a season that feels heavy, this service is for you.
This service is also for everyone who is willing to take time out of the hustle and bustle to surround and support those who carry sorrow.
Through soft music, candlelight, reflective readings, and gentle prayer, we will make room for honesty, remembrance, and hope.
Date: Sunday, December 14
Time: 5:00
Location: Midtown Center, 96 W. 15th Street, Holland, MI 49423
All are welcome. Come as you are, with whatever you carry. There is space for you here.
